Every price is shown in Indian Rupees, in full, before you confirm payment.

GST as applicable

Applicable taxes (GST) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Razorpay

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card details.

What you see is what you pay

You are only charged the amount shown to you at checkout.

Where to find the price for each service

TheraBook sessions: consultation fees are set by each therapist and shown on their profile and the booking screen before you pay.
TheraLearn courses: the price of each course is shown on its course page.
TheraStore products: each product lists its price; any shipping charge is shown at checkout (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).
Subscriptions: where offered, plan tiers and their inclusions are shown on the relevant plan screen before you subscribe.

GST and your receipt

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied where required by law and shown at checkout.
A payment receipt is provided for every successful transaction.
Tax-invoice details for eligible purchases are made available in line with applicable regulations.

How you pay

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay.
Supported methods typically include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets, as enabled by the gateway.
Your full card details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored on our servers.

If you need your money back

Cancellations and refunds — including session reschedules, course access, and product returns — are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
